Hillgrove Senior Student Scholarships

The PTSA scholarship program is designed to recognize seniors who have demonstrated academic success, exceptional leadership, and outstanding school and community involvement.  Scholarships are awarded based on the recommendations of the Scholarship Committee and the availability of the PTSA budget.

  • Student must be a PTSA member to apply.

  • Winners are announced in the Spring prior to the last day of the school year.

  • Scholarship checks are non-transferrable and are made payable to the winning recipient and their choice of accredited post high school institution (i.e., college, university, vocational school) that they will be attending in the following Fall.

  • Application packets must be turned in to the counselor’s office by the deadline specified in the application.

  • Late entries are NOT be accepted and incomplete applications are eliminated from the judging process.

  • To avoid any bias, applicant names are withheld from the Scholarship Committee members that are judging the applications.

 

Please read carefully the instructions and scholarship application information included in the 2016 – 2017 Scholarship Application below.   The deadline for submision is March 30, 2017 by 3:30pm; NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE.  Completed applications must be submitted ONLY to Mrs. Boyle in the Counselors Office.
